Product Detail	It appears to play a role in the formation of epithelial tight junctions. It appears early in primitive forms of cell junctions and recruits PARD3. The binding of the PARD6-PARD3 complex may prevent the interaction between PARD3 and JAM1, thereby inhibiting the assembly of tight junctions. It plays a role in regulating monocyte migration, which is related to the integrity of the epithelial barrier. The integrin α-L/β-2 ligand is involved in the migration of memory T cells and neutrophils. It is involved in platelet activation, serving as a receptor for mammalian reovirus sigma-1 and a receptor for the human rotavirus Wa strain.
