5.we have too many samples ,how should we dilute the sample?

Our sample diluent have 6ml,if you according the manual to operate the experiment,it is enough to be used.If you have too many samples and want to dilute the samples first.We would like to use PBS(PH=7.4) or Physiological Saline to dilute samples first.
