Product Detail	Stem cells antigen 1 (Ly6A) is a member of the lymphocyte antigen 6 (Ly-6) family and a major phenotypic marker for subsets of mouse hematopoietic progenitor cells/stem cells. The Ly-6 family is involved in regulating the activation of B cells and T cells. Ly6A is expressed on pluripotent hematopoietic stem cells (HSC) and serves as a marker for mouse HSC. Ly6A is ubiquitous in fetal liver, adult bone marrow, adult peripheral blood, and spleen.
