Product Detail 使用单甲基化 H3“Lys-9”作为底物,特异性三甲基化组蛋白 H3 的“Lys-9”的组蛋白甲基转移酶。H3 'Lys-9' 三甲基化代表通过将 HP1(CBX1、CBX3 和/或 CBX5)蛋白募集到甲基化组蛋白来抑制表观遗传转录的特定标签。主要在异染色质区域起作用,从而在中心和端粒区域的组成型异染色质的建立中发挥核心作用。 H3 'Lys-9' 三甲基化也需要指导 DNA 甲基化在中心重复。SUV39H1 通过与 RB1 的相互作用靶向组蛋白 H3,并参与许多过程,如细胞周期调节、转录抑制和端粒长度调节。可能参与精子发生过程中高级染色质组织的调节。由大 PER 复合物招募到昼夜节律靶基因的 E-box 元件,如 PER2 本身或 PER1,有助于通过 H3 'Lys-9' 三甲基化将局部染色质转化为异染色质样抑制状态。
