Product Detail	It hydrolyzes various dipeptides, including the conversion of leukotriene D4 to leukotriene E4. It hydrolyzes cystine-bis-glycine (cys-bis-gly) formed during the degradation process of glutathione. It has β-lactamase activity and hydrolyzes to inactivate β-lactam antibiotics. Independent of its dipeptidase activity, it acts as an adhesion receptor for the recruitment of neutrophils from the bloodstream into the inflamed lungs and liver.
