Product Detail	Cyclin依赖性激酶8（CDK8）是细胞周期的调控因子，可激活周期素C（Cyclin C），作用于G1/S期，调控正常细胞周期。CDK8连同Cyclin ，Med12和Med13构成中介体复合物，广泛参与RNA聚合酶II和基因特异转录因子间的信息传递，既可激活转录又可抑制转录。此外， CDK8可以激活Wnt/β-catenin和Notch等多种Signal transduction通路，从而诱导直肠癌，黑色素瘤等恶性Tumour的发生和转移。最近研究发现，CDK8基因活性的阻断能够在极大程度上降低癌细胞的葡萄糖利用率。
