Product Detail	As a tumour suppressor, it plays a role in apoptosis. It may act synergistically with p53/TP53 to control genotoxic stress-induced cell death. It functions in TGFB1 signaling and TGFB1-mediated cell death. It may also play a role in tumour necrosis factor (TNF)-mediated cell death. It inhibits Wnt signaling, possibly by sequestering DVL2 in the cytoplasm.
