Leukemia Inhibitory Factor(LIF),Human,Recombinant  Brief introduction:Leukemic suppressor factor (LIF) is a multipotent cytokine belonging to the long quadruple helix bundle cytokine superfamily. The tertiary structure of LIF is similar to interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor suppressor M, ciliary neurotrophin, myocardial trophin-1 and other cytokines, and its functions in vivo are also redundant to a certain extent. LIF binds to the common receptor of the IL-6 subfamily (gp130) and then forms a ternary complex with its own receptor, the LIF receptor.
