Interferon-γ is an unstable interferon produced by CD4 and CD8 T lymphocytes as well as activated NK cells. IFN-γ receptors are present in most immune cells, and they respond to IFN-γ signaling by increasing the surface expression of class Ⅰ γ proteins. This presents the promoting antigen to T-helper (CD4+) cells. Interferon-γ signaling modulates the antigen-specific immune response period in antigen presentation, cells, and antigen recognition B and T lymphocytes. In addition, interferon-γ stimulates many lymphocyte functions, including the antimicrobial and antitumor responses of macrophages, NK cells, and neutrophils. Human interferon-γ is species-specific and is biologically active only in human and primate cells.Instructions for use:It is recommended that the vial be centrifuged briefly before opening to remove the contents from the bottom. It is recommended to dissolve freeze-dried powder in water for injection, sterilized ultra-pure water or sterile PBS with a concentration of 100μg/ml. Reserve solution should be stored in separate packages for further dilution to working concentration.
