It plays an important role in embryo formation, tissue regeneration, wound healing, central nervous system development, angiogenesis and tumor development. bFGF is an important mitotic factor with strong activity in promoting cell division and proliferation on BALB/c 3T3 fibroblasts, capillary and endocardial cells, myoblasts, vascular smooth muscle cells, mesodermal cells, glia and astrocytes, adrenal cortical cells and other mesodermal cells.Recombinant human bFGF (rh-bFGF) expressed by Escherichia coli is a non-glycosylated monopeptide protein with 155 amino acids and a molecular weight of 17.2 kDa.   Note:1) After dissolving, place on the ice bath and use as soon as possible;2) If you cannot use it all at once, please prepare mother liquor before use and pack it into small sizes (to ensure the amount of one test) and store it at -65℃ to avoid the influence of repeated freeze-thaw on protein activity3) Avoid the use of strong acids, strong bases, strong oxidants, high concentrations of organic solvents and other reagents that are easy to cause protein denaturation;4)
