Nucleon ribonase A is a end -cutuucleic acid enzyme, which can attack the 3 'end of the pyrimidine residue of RNA, and the phosphate formed by cutting and adjacent nucleotide key. The ultimate product of the reaction is oligate 3 'phosphoric acid and the end with pyrine 3'. When there is no auxiliary factor and binary cation, the role of ribosacoruclease A can be suppressed by the placental RNA enzyme inhibitor (B1ackburn et al.1977) or oxygen -nucleoside complex (Puskas et al.1982). Preparation method:

dissolved RNASE A powder in 0.01m naac pH5.2, so that the final concentration is 10mg/ml, for in the Heat at 100 ℃ boiling water bath for 15min, and slowly cool down at RT. Use a 0.1 volume 1m tris-HCL to adjust the pH value to about 7.4, and save it at -20 ° C. When the concentrated RNASE A solution is heated to 100 ° C under neutral pH, RNASE A sedimentation.
