Nuclear nuclease A is an endogenic nucleus, which can attack the 3 \u0026#39; end of the pyrimidine residue of RNA. The ultimate product of the reaction is pyrimidine 3 \u0026#39; phosphoric acid and the end with pyrimidine 3 \u0026#39; oligate. Preparation method:
