Green Probe for Cell Membrane is a tetraphenylethylene cell membrane probe developed based on Aggregation-Induced Emission (AIE)，exhibiting typical AIE characteristics. It is of good AIE properties and can specifically label cell membrane of various cells by simply incubating with cells. Its fluorescence intensity changes significantly before and after binding with lysosomes due to changes of aggregation state. Fluorescent probes unbound with lysosomes do not basically emit fluorescence. Different from normal dyes，this product can be excited by 405nm exciting wavelength，exhibits a large Stokes shift and can be clearly distinguished from other dyes， reducing the possibility of color bleeding in imaging. In addition，it is of good biocompatibility and high imaging concentration，therefore maintaining stable fluorescence signal output after multiple scans，making it suitable for multiple imaging.
Product advantages:
1. Relatively less cytotoxicity facilitates live cell imaging;
2. Good light stability and strong anti-light bleaching.
3. Low background signal，can be free of washing，forming image rapidly.

1. Centrifuge for short before use. Observe after staining for 1 hour.
2. For first use，prepapre into stocking solution and divide into small portions and store at -20℃，avoid repeatable freezing and thawing.
3. For your safety，wear experimental clothes and disposable gloves while operating.
