Red Probe for Lysosome is a triphenylamine derivative developed based on Aggregation-Induced Emission (AIE)，exhibiting typical AIE characteristics. This product can penetrate cell membrane，and can be passively transported through membrane by simply incubating with cells. This product is of excellent AIE property and able to label lysosomes in various cells. Its fluorescence intensity changes significantly before and after binding with lysosomes due to changes of aggregation state. Fluorescent probes unbound with lysosomes do not basically emit fluorescence. Different from normal dyes，this product exhibits a large Stokes shift and can be clearly distinguished from other dyes， reducing the possibility of color bleeding in imaging. In addition，it is of good biocompatibility and high imaging concentration，therefore maintaining stable fluorescence signal output after multiple scans，making it suitable for multiple imaging.
Product advantages:
1. Relatively less cytotoxicity facilitates live cell imaging;
2. Strong anti-light bleaching. With 40 laser scans totaling 15 minutes，the fluorescence intensity keeps constant;
3. Low background signal，can be free of washing，forming image rapidly.

1. Centrifuge for short before first use. It is normal when there is black sediment. Sonicate before use.
2. Store at -20℃，avoid repeatable freezing and thawing.
