This product is a green fluorescent probe of endoplasmic reticulum with cell membrane permeability, which is highly selective for endoplasmic reticulum and can be used for specific fluorescence staining of endoplasmic reticulum in living cells.
This product will solidify and stick to the bottom of the centrifuge tube, the tube wall or the cap under an ice bath at 4℃, and can be used in a 20-25℃ water bath until it is completely thawed. Centrifuge the microliquid for a few seconds before use to allow the liquid to settle sufficiently to the bottom of the tube.
Fluorochromes have quenching problems, please try to avoid light to slow down the fluorescence quenching.
This product is suitable for fluorescent staining of endoplasmic reticulum in live cells, but is not suitable for fluorescent staining of fixed cell endoplasmic reticulum. If the stained cells require fixation, fix with 4% paraformaldehyde for 2 min at 37 ℃.
Stained cells cannot be permeabilized with Triton X-100, which will result in loss of fluorescent staining.
