This product is a red fluorescent probe of endoplasmic reticulum with cell membrane permeability, which is highly selective for endoplasmic reticulum and can be used for specific fluorescent staining of endoplasmic reticulum in live cells.
This product will solidify and stick to the bottom of the centrifuge tube, the tube wall or the tube cap under the condition of 4℃ and ice bath, and can be used after being completely thawed in a water bath at 20-25℃. For small amounts of liquid, centrifuge for a few seconds before each use to allow the liquid to settle sufficiently to the bottom of the tube.
Fluorochromes have quenching problems, please try to avoid light to slow down the fluorescence quenching.
This product is suitable for fluorescent staining of endoplasmic reticulum in living cells, but not for fluorescent staining of endoplasmic reticulum in fixed cells. If the stained cells require fixation, fix with 4% paraformaldehyde for 2 min at 37 ℃.
Stained cells cannot be permeabilized with Triton X-100, which will result in loss of fluorescent staining.
