Product introduction:
Giemsa staining is a staining method that uses a mixture of azuron, eosin, and methylene blue to stain blood smeared specimens, blood cells, malaria parasites, rickettsia, as well as bone marrow cells, spinal cord cells, and other specimens. Before staining, protease or other enzymes are used for treatment, and then Giemsa staining solution is used for staining. Different shades of horizontal stripe like staining can appear on chromosomes. Giemsa staining solution can stain the nucleus into purple red or blue purple, and the cytoplasm into pink, presenting clear cell and chromosome images under a light microscope.

Solubility：Soluble in water, soluble in ethanol.

Use：Can be used to make blood smears to examine parasitic protozoa, such as malaria parasites and trypanosomes.

Susceptibility：Sensitivity to humidity。
