Measurement principle: Fruit 1,6-diphosphate catalyzed in fructose 1,6-diphosphate to form 3-phospholiol and phosphate hydroxypropone, amtrophhionic enzyme and α-phosphateCatalytic NADH and phosphate hydroxypropanone undergived glycerol dehydrogenase to form NAD and alpha-phosphoric acid glycerol, and the variation of the absorbance value at 340 nm can reflect the high and low of fructose 1,6-diphosphate activity.
Required instruments, consumables: balance, low temperature centrifuge, mortar, ultraviolet spectrometry / enzyme syndrome, trace quantum-British Biocani / 96-well plate (UV board).
