Product Introduction:

Electrolytic decalcification liquid decalcification speed, DC 6V voltage thickness of about 5mm tissue can be decalcified in 10-180min.

This decalcification solution is suitable for use in most tissue conditions, such as decalcification of small and large tissues of cancellous bone, dense bone and teeth. This product is suitable for chemical method decalcification endpoint detection (DR0092-Decalcification Endpoint Detection Kit (Chemical Method)). On the other hand electrolytic decalcification solution, which itself has some damage to the fine structure of the tissue, is not suitable for electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry containing bone sample preparation. After decalcification, an alkaline solution (DR0013 - Post-Decalcification Alkaline Treatment Solution) is required to ensure that the tissue will not become acidified and affect the staining observation.
