Product Introduction:

Bacterial flagella is the motile organ of bacteria, and its main component is protein. It is elongated in shape, about 10-20nm in diameter, and can only be observed by electron microscopy without treatment.Therefore, flagella staining is treated with mordant first to thicken the flagella, and then stained, which can be observed under an ordinary optical microscope to simplify the difficulty of observation.

This product uses carbolic fuchsin to stain the bacteria. The staining solution itself has a certain fixing effect, and at the same time makes the bacteria red, the staining is clear and lasting.
