Product Introduction：
Rhodamine 123 (Rh 123) is a commonly used cationic green fluorescent dye, which can accumulate in the mitochondria of living cells through the cell membrane and emit yellow-green fluorescence. It is widely used as a fluorescent probe for the detection of mitochondrial membrane potential and does not have any toxicity to cells.

solubility:soluble in ethanol, reference concentration of 1 mg/ml. Preparation of

solution

is dissolved with DMSO to a final concentration of 1-5 mM. Solutions were dispensed and stored at -20 oC in the dark.
