Trypan Blue, also known as Trypan Blue or Trypan Blue, is a cellular active dye commonly used to detect the integrity of cell membranes and cell survival, and is one of the most commonly used staining methods for the identification of dead cells in tissue and cell cultures. Normally, the membrane structure of a normal living cell is complete and can reject Trypan blue, and the cell will not be stained blue; Cells that are inactive or have incomplete cell membranes can be stained blue by Trypan blue. Among them, apoptotic bodies also have staining rejection properties, and macrophages can ingest Trypan blue through endocytosis.

This product is a low concentration readyuse Trypan Blue staining solution, using an improved buffer system, strong stability and less precipitation, by counting directly under the microscope or counting after taking photos under the microscope, the cell survival rate can be more accurate quantification. The dyeing time is only 3-5 minutes and the operation is simple.
