Product Introduction:

Diff-Quik staining is a rapid staining method improved on the basis of Wright's staining, using the rapid staining method recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO), similar to Wright Stain is improved by using the principles of Romanowsky Stain technology. The results are similar to Rachel's stain, but the time required is very short, usually within 90s. Sperm morphology rapid staining solution (Diff-Quik method) staining principle is that spermatozoa and proteins with different isoelectric points in the cell under the same acidity with a different charge, can selectively bind to the corresponding dye and coloring.

This stain is mainly used for the assessment of sperm (cell) morphology and contains fixative, which is ideal for batch dip staining with a clear background and no sedimentation. This stain is intended for use in the field of scientific research only and should not be used for clinical diagnosis or other purposes.
