Product Introduction:

Hematoxylin is one of the most commonly dyes in histochemistry and immunohistochemistry and can be widely used to stain tissue sections or cultured cells, also known as hematoxylin staining. After the oxidation of colorless hematoxylin, oxidized hematoxylin (also known as hematoxylin) with a quinone ring structure can form a colored positively charged complex with trivalent aluminum ions, iron ions, etc. In the double helix structure of genomic DNA in the nucleus, the phosphate group on the double strand is outwardly, negatively charged, acidic, and readily binds to the positively charged oxidized hematoxylin complex, thereby forming nuclear staining. There are a variety of different methods for the preparation of hematoxylin staining solutions, and different methods can stain the nuclei in different shades of blue or blue-purple.

This staining solution adopts the modified classic formula, and does not contain toxic and harmful reagents such as mercury and methanol. This staining solution is a progressive staining solution with fast staining and mild conditions, and does not require acidic differentiation. It can be used in conjunction with immunofluorescence staining or immunohistochemical staining. It can be stained with immunofluorescence or other dyes after hematoxylin staining solution, or it can be counterstained with hematoxylin after immunohistochemical staining. The staining procedure is simple and the operation time is short. The nuclei appeared blue after hematoxylin staining.
