Product Introduction

Immunohistochemistry is also known as immunocytochemistry. It is a branch of histochemistry that uses labeled specific antibodies (or antigens) to detect the distribution of antigens (or antibodies) in tissues and cells in situ. With the development of immunotechnology, immunohistochemistry has become a powerful tool for comprehensive research on morphology, function, and metabolism in biomedicine today, and its application scope extends to various medical disciplines, and it is one of the basic technologies that life science workers should master.
Beijing Boaosen has prepared a complete set of immunohistochemical reagents to support immunohistochemistry experiments. The kit contains SP secondary antibody, DAB chromogenic solution, hematoxylin counterstaining solution, antigen repair solution, endogenous peroxidase blocker, serum blocking solution, antibody dilution and other auxiliary reagents. It includes most of the reagents required for immunohistochemistry experiments, and can be widely used in immunohistochemistry experiments such as paraffin sections, frozen sections, and cell crawling sections.
