Use Cases:

Genomic DNA was extracted from 200 μL of human whole blood samples with 100 μL eluent using the SUNLONG Blood Genomic DNA Extraction Kit (60433II) and the Sunlong Device Rosetta 96, an automated nucleic acid extractor. The concentration and purity of the extracted DNA were detected by ultraviolet spectrophotometer, and the integrity of the extracted DNA was detected by agarose gel electrophoresis.

The concentration and purity measurement results showed that the DNA yield of the extracted product was greater than 5 μg, A260/280 was greater than 1.8, and A260/230 was greater than 2.0 with the blood genomic DNA extraction kit (70423II) with an automated extraction instrument. Agarose gel electrophoresis showed that the DNA extracted by the Sunlong Blood Genomic DNA Extraction Kit had brighter bands and better integrity than the T-brand kit when the loading volume was the same.

In summary, the extraction output, product purity, and extraction efficiency of Sunlong blood genomic DNA extraction kit are better than those of competing blood genomic DNA extraction kits of the same type.
