Mouse CD3 Magnetic Beads are covalently conjugated to murine CD3 antibodies to magnetic beads and can be used to quickly and effectively remove CD3+ cells from single-cell suspensions such as mouse spleen cells.

Test data

Taking C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes as an example, the CD3+ cells were removed by BeaverBeads® Mouse CD3, and the proportion of CD3+ cells was analyzed by flow cytometry, and the proportions of CD3+ cells before and after sorting were 29.92% and 0.08%, respectively. CD3+ cell removal rate can reach 99.7%.

2. Non-CD3+ cells are in good condition and functioning normally

The Mouse CD3 product was used to remove CD3+ cells from spleen cells of C57BL/6 mice, and the remaining non-CD3 + cells were observed under a microscope. As shown in Figure 2, the cells are in good condition, with clear edges and a clean background.

The sorted non-CD3 + cells were stimulated with LPS. After 24 hours, the cells were collected and the expression level of CD69 on the surface of B cells was detected by flow cytometry. As shown in Figure 3, the B cells in the remaining cells after the removal of CD3+ cells can be normally activated by LPS.
