It has good suspension performance and the surface is modified with a large number of carboxyl groups. Magnetic beads can specifically bind to nucleic acids under high salt and low pH conditions through hydrophobic interaction, hydrogen bonding interaction and electrostatic interaction, but not bind to other impurities (such as protein). The operation is safe and simple. It can realize the automation and high-throughput extraction of nucleic acids.
