Product Introduction

This series of products is designed for the identification of animal-derived components based on the sequence differences in the cytochrome oxidase subunit b (cytb) gene of mitochondrial DNA among species. The PCR mix for species origin detection already contains pre-mixed reagents such as primers, probes, and dNTPs. When conducting the experiment, simply combine the PCR mix with Taq enzyme in the appropriate proportion, add the DNA template, and perform fluorescent PCR detection. This method is suitable for the identification of animal-derived components in samples such as food, cosmetics, and feed.
