Bacterial Total Protein Extraction Kit can extract total protein from various bacterial cells, including Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, and can be used for crude preparation of purified protein and preparation of total protein. The extraction process is simple and convenient. The kit contains a protease inhibitor mixture and a phosphatase inhibitor mixture, which prevents protein degradation by proteases and ensures the extraction of high-quality proteins. The protein extracted by this kit can be used in downstream protein research experiments such as Western Blotting and protein electrophoresis. The protein extracted by this kit is a protein with no natural activity. This kit does not contain EDTA and is compatible with downstream applications such as metal chelation and chromatography. The protein samples extracted by this kit contain high concentrations of salts
