The chloroplast protein/membrane protein extraction kit uses a simple and fast method to extract chloroplast proteins and plant membrane proteins from various plant samples. The extraction process is simple and convenient, and high-quality chloroplast proteins and membrane proteins can be extracted within one hour. The unique formula contained in this kit can effectively dissolve cell membrane components, including cytoplasmic membrane and chloroplast membrane. The protease inhibitor mixture contained in this kit prevents protein degradation by proteases and ensures the extraction of high-purity proteins. The protein extracted by this kit can be used for downstream protein research experiments such as Western Blotting, protein electrophoresis, immunoprecipitation, ELISA, transcription activity analysis, Gelshift gel retardation experiment, enzyme activity determination, etc. The proteins extracted by this kit are active proteins with natural protein conformation.
