Stool can be the samples.  Following is the the sample handing :

 
Try to collect dry stool, please avoid watery stool as it is difficult to prepare and it will influence the
 
accuracy of detection. 1g samples +9ml PBS ( Concentration 0.01M, PH:7.4) .Centrifuging 2000-
 
3000 x g for 20 minutes after ultrasonic pulverization (or crushed), get the supernatant for
 
detection.
