1. Choose the "logit-log liner regression"

2.Copy Standard OD value to Y, Concentration Value to X.

3.Click "回归/拟合" ， 回归/拟合 means Regression/fitting

4.Click "Calculate X from Y"

5.Choose all the samples OD value and Copy from excel 

6. Click “Paste"（The data which we copied from excel will paste to the software)

7. We will get the "Y值" after we paste the Sample OD Value.  "值" means "Value"

8.Click "Copy"

9. Paste the data to excel table. We can see the Y值 is as same as the sample OD Value(Y)

10. We keep "Samples OD Value(Y)" and change the name of "X值" to "Concentration (pg/ml) (X)".  Multiply the concentration by 5 to get the “Final Result(pg/ml)”
