Sample diluent 6ml：1% BSA（CAS # 9048-46-8）, 0.05%Tween-20 PBS

Chromogen Solution A  6ml：32μL30% H2O2(CAS# 7722-84-1)

Chromogen Solution B  6ml：0.5 ml  2 mg/mL TMB（CAS # 54827-17-7）

Stop Solution 6ml   ：2mol/L H2SO4(CAS# 7664-93-9)

wash  solution 20ml 30X  ： 30X TBS
