Brief introduction:Macrophage colony stimulating Factor 1 (M-CSF) is a hematopoietic growth factor, specifically involved in monocytogenesis. In mammals, it exists in three isomers, all of which have 32 amino acid signal peptides at the N-terminal, 149 amino acid growth factor domains, 21 amino acid residues transmembrane domains, and 37 amino acid cytoplasmic tail domains.
